Conceived to bake directly from freezer to oven, fresh and flaky pastries are ready in less than 15 minutes.

The Proof'N Bake line is available in bulk and semi-finished and includes croissant and Danish dough slabs, sheets, and logs. In addition, the French Gourmet brand completes its product line offerings with puff pastry sheets, strudels and muffin batter in a variety of flavors.
