Mickey W. Coffman - President
Mickey Coffman consulted with French Gourmet in 2002. He joined the company in 2004 as plant manager.
In 2004, the board of directors appointed him President. A graduate from the American Institute of Baking, Mr. Coffman has 33 years of industrial bakery experience. He worked for major bakeries in Oregon and California. Prior to opening his own consulting company, he served as president of Hawaii's largest commercial bakery.
Under his leadership, Mr. Coffman manages company operations in keeping with the founder's vision. |
