Officer's Biographies

Patrick Novak - Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Founder and CEO, Patrick Novak, established French Gourmet Inc. in 1984 with a vision for quality.

Originally from France where he received his culinary training, Mr. Novak worked in several of Monaco's renowned establishments before moving to the United States in 1977. He continued to work as an executive chef in Florida and California. His last position prior to starting French Gourmet was at the Beverly Hills Hotel, California in 1983. Mr. Novak is an active member of "La Chaine Des Rotisseurs", "Les Amis D'Escoffier Society", and the American Culinary Federation, amongst others.

French Gourmet continues to be committed to "top of the line" frozen dough. The roots that gave the company a firm foundation still stand in keeping with Mr. Novak's original vision.

Mickey W. Coffman - President

Mickey Coffman consulted with French Gourmet in 2002. He joined the company in 2004 as plant manager.

In 2004, the board of directors appointed him President. A graduate from the American Institute of Baking, Mr. Coffman has 33 years of industrial bakery experience. He worked for major bakeries in Oregon and California. Prior to opening his own consulting company, he served as president of Hawaii's largest commercial bakery.

Under his leadership, Mr. Coffman manages company operations in keeping with the founder's vision.

Linda L. Coffman - Corporate Vice President & Marketing Director

Linda Coffman joined French Gourmet in 1996 as marketing director, bringing over 25 years of experience in marketing and sales.
The board of directors appointed her corporate vice president in 1998.
Her vision and expertise in logistics made French Gourmet a nationally recognized brand in the United States.

Under her leadership, the sales and marketing department is responsible for French Gourmet's market share expansion worldwide.

Mrs. Coffman is a graduate of the American Institute of Baking.
